A precious dark bay Trakehner filly born 14th December 2010. Angelina’s dam is the special Trakehner mare Excelsior Lutzeena (Lizzie) by Lutz, Australian Dressage Champion, out of Excelsior Azel by Benito who was an FEI show jumping stallion and also performed up to FEI level in dressage. This mare is aging now and we are thrilled she has produced us a gorgeous filly. Lizzie had a dressage career at medium level when a paddock injury saw it cut short. Angelina’s sire is APH Spiegel also an FEI level dressage stallion who himself was sired by Kassiber, a very talented eventing stallion imported from Germany.
As soon as this filly hit the ground we knew she was a keeper, she has a gorgeous feminine Trakehner head, which completes the package of a typey Trakehner product of her parents. She already has spunk and pizzazz and look at me presence just like her mother. She will continue the very precious bloodlines of her parents that are very important to us here at the stud.
