On 25th December 2019 we had the most precious dark bay Trakehner filly born. Belle’s dam is the special Trakehner mare Lindisfarne Luisa (Lucy) by Lutz who was Australian Dressage Champion, out of a thoroughbred mare, Bon Esprit by Benito who was an FEI show jumping stallion and also performed up to FEI level in dressage. We are very pleased to get a filly from Lucy to continue on the bloodlines at our stud. Belle’s sire is our own Trakehner stallion, Dulwich Feuerstein. This is his first crop of foals and we are very happy with what he has produced for us.
As soon as we saw this filly we knew she was everything we had hoped for. She has a gorgeous feminine Trakehner head, scoring an 8.5 from the German classifier for type. She is very friendly and takes everything in her stride and loves people. We look forward to watching her mature into a lovely mare for our stud, representing her bloodlines.
